SMOKE offers a complete range of catering services - from interactive cooking stations, small plates and appetizer parties to full-service, formal events, including linens, flowers, table settings and glassware. We also offer cooking classes and team-building offsites with recipes available.

Our custom-built grill allows us to bring a full-sized kitchen cooking area to any location and prepare exquisite seasonal fresh food on the spot for our clients. Everything is prepared onsite and many dishes cooked over an open flame.
