Location: On-site · Schedule: Early mornings / weekends

Own the pit. You’ll handle prep, fire management, low & slow cooking, slicing, and quality control.

What you’ll do
  • Manage wood, temperature, and cook timelines
  • Prep rubs, sauces, and proteins
  • Maintain food safety & cleanliness

  • 2+ years at a BBQ joint or kitchen line

Catering Crew Lead

Location: Field · Schedule: Evenings / weekends

Lead event setup, service line, and client communication. Keep the experience smooth from load-in to breakdown.

  • Transport food safely & neatly

Full-time or part-time?

Both. Schedules vary by role and seasonality. We’ll chat through options in interviews.
